Subscription Policy
Better Fitness offers a Subscribe & Save program that provides customers with a recurring discount in exchange for a minimum subscription commitment. By enrolling in a Better Fitness subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Minimum Commitment
All Subscribe & Save subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two consecutive billing cycles before cancellation is permitted. Customers who subscribe and attempt to cancel prior to completing two billing cycles will be required to fulfill their second order before the cancellation is processed.
Discount
Subscribe & Save subscribers receive 15% off the standard retail price on all qualifying subscription orders. This discount applies for the duration of the active subscription.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis according to the frequency selected at checkout. You will receive an email notification prior to each upcoming charge. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure payment information is current and accurate.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests may be submitted after the completion of two billing cycles by contacting Better Fitness customer support at officialbetterfitness.com or by managing your subscription through your account portal. Cancellation requests submitted before the minimum commitment is fulfilled will be held and processed after the second order ships.
Modifications
Customers may modify their subscription frequency, shipping address, or payment method at any time through their account portal without affecting their minimum commitment status.
Refunds
Subscription orders are subject to our standard refund and return policy. Completion of the minimum commitment does not affect your right to request a refund on qualifying orders under our standard policy terms.
