About us

At Better Fitness, our mission is simple: create high-quality supplements that help people perform at their best every day. We focus on powerful, research-backed ingredients designed to support energy, strength, recovery, and overall vitality.
Every product we offer is manufactured in the United States and carefully formulated to meet high standards of quality and consistency. From our Creapure® creatine gummies to our mineral-rich shilajit formulas, we prioritize ingredients that deliver real value and performance.
We believe supplements should be effective, convenient, and trustworthy. That’s why we focus on clean formulations, lab-tested products, and simple solutions that fit into your daily routine so you can train harder, recover faster, and feel your best

Meet the founders:
Better Fitness was born in a college apartment in Fayetteville Arkansas, where Jackson and Sam — two guys tired of paying premium prices for basic supplements — decided to do something about it.
We were training hard, eating right, and watching supplement brands charge $40, $50, even $60 for products that cost a fraction of that to make. We knew the science, we knew what worked, and we knew the average person shouldn't have to choose between quality supplements and paying rent.
So we built Better Fitness from the ground up with one non-negotiable — premium, third party tested, clinically dosed supplements at prices that actually make sense for real people. No celebrity endorsements inflating the price tag.
No fancy packaging markup. Just clean, effective supplements made for everyday athletes who work hard and expect more for their money. That's who we are, that's who we built this for, and that's never changing.
