Cancellation policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Better Fitness are final. We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was described, we will work with you to resolve the issue through an exchange for the same product.

To initiate an exchange for a defective product please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@officialbetterfitness.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect or damage
  • Photos clearly showing the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved we will provide instructions for returning the defective item and ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Defective Returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened, used, or are simply unwanted. Please review all product information carefully before completing your purchase.
