Processing & Fulfillment
All Better Fitness orders are fulfilled through Amazon's fulfillment network. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1—2 business days of purchase.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier's website or your Amazon order history if applicable.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
Delays
Better Fitness is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us at the email below and we will investigate promptly.
